From the pre-wedding mimosas to the last dance of the night, Ries Video will be there for it all. Our goal is to create a wedding video that is beautiful, but also “feels” like you. We will weave your personality into our process on the day, and also while editing. We pair your video with music to create a visual celebration and a beautiful keepsake to enjoy forever.
The Process
Getting Started
First, get in touch of course! Next, we’ll share our Wedding Video Packages and then we can schedule a call or zoom to connect. Get ready – we will have a lot of questions. But it’s only so we can customize your package to suit your needs and budget. Every package is customizable so we can make sure you’ll get the video coverage you want.
Getting to Know You
On the Information Gathering call, we’ll ask you all about your wedding plans. If you don’t have everything finalized, that’s OK. We can help figure out what’s the best package for you based on the planning you’ve done so far. If it changes, we’re flexible. Once you select a package, we’ll send you a contract and payment information. Upon return of a signed contract and deposit, the date is all yours!
Getting Close
1 to 2 months in advance of your wedding, we will schedule a call or zoom to go over your timeline and details for the day. This is your opportunity to update us on your preferences for the day, plus let us know who we will work with (i.e. a photographer, wedding planner) to ensure your wedding is as seamless and stress-free as possible. Have you made changes to your timeline or details? No worries, again, we’re flexible.
Getting it Done
Approximately three weeks after your wedding day, we will post highlights on social media that you can share with friends and family. Four months after your wedding, your final full-length video will be posted on a private site for your review.
Following approval, you can immediately download and share your video. You will receive a beautiful custom case with a high-resolution mpeg4 file of your wedding video on a USB flash drive.
